Parcel One to contain 205 acres and Parcel Two to contain 186 acres, vesting
Parcel Map. The project site is located on the south terminus of Tracy Boulevard, at the south of
I-580, south of Tracy.
Transportation Planning has circulated the above referenced project through our normal
interdepartmental review process. Our Traffic Safety Branch offers the following comments:
• Caltrans has no objections to the proposed project, however we would like to see future site
plans when they become available.
• All Final Conditions of Approval should be forwarded to Caltrans District Planning in order
to monitor approved local development and implementation of agreed upon mitigation
measures.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss this project further, please contact me at (209) 948-
3975, e-mail cyamzon@adot.ca.gov. or Chris Sayre of my staff at (209) 948-7142, or e-mail
csayre(,dot.ca.gov.
Sincerely,
CARLOS P.
