West Ripon Road, Manteca) <br /> ACTION: On February 20, 1996,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> a four-month Time Extension for SA-94-21 subject to the enclosed Condition of Approval. The original <br /> Conditions of Approval are also enclosed and continue to apply. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $275.00. <br /> The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on March 1, 1996. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, <br /> the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by May 2, 1996.
