West Ripon Road, Manteca) <br /> ACTION: On June 19, 1996, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> a second Time Extension for SA-94-21 for an additional five months, subject to the enclosed Condition <br /> of Approval. The original Conditions of Approval are also enclosed and continue to apply. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $275.00. <br /> The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on June 29, 1996. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, <br /> the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by October 2, 1996, the <br /> new expiration date.
