Becker asked that the knee braces <br /> under the bridge in Question be removed subject to the <br /> approval of the Public Works Department . Our engineer submitted <br /> new plans which were approved by Public Works . <br /> Stockton Sand and Gravel is ready to commence removal of <br /> the kne6 braces and placement of bracing subject to, the revised <br /> plans . <br /> The property owner refuses to grant permission for my <br /> client to enter the property to complete this work and has <br /> written the enclosed letter . <br /> On December 16 , 1982 we contacted the attorney for the <br /> property owner , advised him we were ready to proceed with the <br /> work on the bridge, only to have him demand a time table for <br /> construction activities . This was sent to him and resulted <br /> in the enclosed letter . <br /> You are hereby advised that we are not wasting any more time <br /> or energy dealing; with Mfr. Sitkin.
