The inconsistcncy is that in sor::c areas there are no tailings, only overburden. For this report, it will be assumed that the 20 foot excavation depth applies to bosh tailings and to those areas VhichL havc overburden but not tailings. Maximum working slopes will be 1.5 :1 and final slopes will be 2 :1 or flatter. E.:cavati.on work will be kept a minimum of 50 feet from any, property line. No pipe- lines, canals., or rivers will be crossed. Extracted aggregate will be processed on-site as noted above. Processing water will be proti i.dcd by an on-site well with a pumping capacity of 800 gai.1cns per minute. -3-
