" ATTACHMENT A <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MODIFICATION OF EXCAVATION PER*;IT NO. EP-81-9 OF <br /> ROSS PURVIANCE (C/O STOCKTON SAND & GRAVEL, INC . ) <br /> Modification of Excavation Permit No . EP-81-9 was approved by the <br /> Planning Commission on January 17, 1985 , subject to the conditions <br /> of app-roval adopted on May 6 , 1982, with the modifications or <br /> additions of Condition ;rs 1 , 2, 3 ,4 , 7 , `3 and 24 underlined as follows : <br /> 1 . This permit shall expire no later than fifeeen years from the <br /> date of conditional approval . <br /> 2 . All proposed excavation and rehabilitation shall be completed <br /> prior to expiration of this hermit in accordance with the <br /> revised Excavation and Rehabilitation Schedule submitted as <br /> part of the proposed modification . (Dated December 11 , 1984) <br /> 3 . Standard Excavation Conditions : The Hours of Operation sec- <br /> tion is modified to read : Excavation of approvea areas <br /> within the 1320 ' setback line shown on the site plan s all be <br /> beween the hours of 8 : 00 a. m. to 5 : 00 p. m. , Monday through <br /> Friday . Excavation and processing of excavatea materials <br /> outside the 1320 ' setback line shown on the site pian may be <br /> conducted between 5 : 00 a .m. and 9 : 00 p.m . , ifonday t rougn <br /> Saturday . <br /> .4, The existing uncompleted processing structure shall be preci- <br /> sely located on a revised s to plan, ana all other processing <br /> equipment s be located east of the setoack line <br /> shown on the ite plan. - <br /> 5 . All stockpiling of soil , sand , gravel , or rock and the <br /> storage of salvageable or usable equipment or material shall <br /> be not less than 1 , 320 feet easterly of the westerly property <br /> line . No such salvageable or usable equipment or material <br /> shall be visible from the westerly property line or Waverly <br /> Road . All equipment and material which is not salvageable or <br /> usable shall be removed from the premises . <br /> 6 . Interior truck traffic , excavation, and processing operations <br /> shall not cause the exterior noise level at the westerly pro- <br /> perty line to exceed 65 decibels dBA. <br /> 7 . Standard Quarry Excavation Development Requirements per <br /> section 5-2-2-T-4 of the Pianning litie snail apply . <br /> 2 . No sand or loam or other materials to be used to implement <br /> rehabilitation is to leave the project site . <br /> 9 . Standard Quarry Excavation Development Requirement Section <br /> 9-2244 (u) , Guarantee of Performance, shall be adhered to <br /> WIMin nays . <br />
