Job No: SSS12.99 <br /> FOR: Mr. Ron Rieger <br /> 30655 East Grooms Road <br /> Oakdale, CA 95361 <br /> PROJECT: 30655 East Grooms Road <br /> SUBJECT: Soil Suitability Study <br /> APPLICATION NUMBER: MS-98-43 <br /> [1] EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This Soil Suitability Study presents the results of our investigation concerning the soil strata and <br /> groundwater under the above-referenced subject property. Our study was done to determine if the <br /> site is acceptable for septic systems which will function properly and pose no adverse environmental <br /> impact to surface waters or to the underlying groundwater. Preliminary test results indicate all four <br /> subject parcels possess acceptable percolation rates and are therefore"buildable"parcels with regard <br /> to this parameter. The property is located on Grooms Road, approximately 1,950 feet west of <br /> Victory Road. Victory Road is the County line between San Joaquin County and Stanislaus County. <br /> Our report is in compliance with the requirements for a Soil Suitability Study under Development <br /> Title Section 9-1105.2 Item(d) of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Codes. <br /> [2] SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject property consists of four parcels and a Designated Remainder parcel. The Designated <br /> Remainder currently has a residential, barns and shed type structures on it. Its past history was as <br /> a dairy farm. Parcels 1 through 4 are proposed to consist of the following acreage: <br /> Parcel 1: 10.24 acres <br /> Parcel 2: 10.00 acres <br /> Parcel 3: 9.98 acres <br /> Parcel 4: 9.99 acres <br /> Designated Remainder: 18.88 acres <br /> The attached PARCEL MAP illustrates the orientation of the parcels in relation to Grooms Road, <br /> Victory Road to the east, Edwards Road to the north and Henry Road to the west. <br /> 1 <br /> P.O.
