(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Ron Rieger APN: 207-280-01 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Grooms Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> 3.
