Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank <br /> system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map/or issuance of a <br /> building permit. A review fee of$156.00 is required at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> B. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3), or supply public water <br /> from Banta Mutual Water District for remainder parcel. <br /> C.
