The letter and proposed project <br /> have not been reviewed by the Commission so these are staff comments <br /> only. <br /> The proposed project is located in the Primary Zone of the Delta, <br /> and should be so identified in any staff report. The policies of the <br /> Commission' s Land Use Plan support expansion of existing recreational <br /> facilities and support siting which will ensure minimal adverse impacts <br /> on agricultural land uses, levees, public drinking water supply intakes <br /> and identified sensitive wetland and habitat areas. <br /> When a complete application is submitted, the applicant should <br /> include the following information: <br /> * The common name of the project (Whiskey Slough Harbor) <br /> * The number of existing boat berths, RV spaces, area of existing <br /> boat storage, and area or number of car parking spaces . <br /> * Source of potable water and proposed need. <br /> * Capacity of existing septic system and proposed need. <br /> * Status of pumpout facilities for vessels and for RVs; cost of <br /> use of pumpout facilities. <br /> * Number and location of other facilities at the marina including <br /> restrooms, trash containers, oily waste disposal facilities and <br /> other facilities needed by the marina tenants . <br />
