BOX 1029 TB 4C1 CALIFORNIA 95376 Area Gale 209: &4.9-2211
14 June 1979
Regional Water Quality
Control Board
3251 "S" Street
Sacramento, CA. 95816
Sirs:
Here are our self monitoring reports for the month of May 1979 .
I have not reported data on the discharger self monitoring report
from May 4th through May 24th. We were diverting our effluent
I
rom the receiving stream to our holding ponds during this period
of time .
As can be seen from our data, we exceeded the minimum DH limit
five times , our daily coliform maximum limit one time and our
daily chlorine residual maximum one time. One bioussay was in-
valid because of a fish disease problem and one effluent BOD value
was invalid because of a laboratory error. During the period of
discharge to the river, we collected a total of twenty-six effluent
grab samples for chlorine residual analysis . Out of these, four
exceeded our daily effluent chlorine residual limit .
As can also be seen from the data, we achieved our overall BOD
reduction of 96 . 6% and an overall Suspended Solids reduction of
94 . 5%.
Please let us know if you desire anything further.
Sincerely,
WASTEWATER TREATMENT
JOHN W.
