CA0079154) FOR THE <br /> CITY OF TRACY WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements Order R5-2007-0036 (NPDES Permit No. CA0079154), for the <br /> City of Tracy Wastewater Treatment Plant was adopted with late revisions on 4 May 2007. <br /> Please be advised that the adopted Order contained errors to footnotes 2 and 3 of Table 4., <br /> Section IV.A.1. The footnotes should be corrected as follows: <br /> 2 This Order includes interim effluent limitations for aluminum (Section IV.A.5.a.). Effective <br /> immediately, the interim effluent limitations shall apply in lieu of final effluent limitations <br /> for aluminum. The final effluent limitations for aluminum become effective when the <br /> April 30, 2012,whiGheveF <br /> seener. <br /> 3 This Order includes interim effluent limitations for copper (Section IV.A5.e.). Effective <br /> immediately, the interim effluent limitations shall apply in lieu of final effluent limitations <br /> for copper.
