CA0079154) <br /> AND TIME SCHEDULE ORDER <br /> FOR <br /> CITY OF TRACY <br /> WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> TO ALL CONCERNED PERSONS AND AGENCIES: <br /> Enclosed are the tentative Waste Discharge Requirements (NPDES No. CA0079154) and <br /> tentative Time Schedule Order for the City of Tracy Wastewater Treatment Plant (Facility). <br /> Any comments or recommendations you may have concerning the proposed Orders should be <br /> submitted to this office no later than 26 June 2006 in order for us to give them full <br /> consideration prior to the meeting of the Regional Water Board. Tentative orders for the <br /> Facility were originally noticed on 5 December 2005 and comments were received. Due to <br /> significant changes to the proposed Orders, it is necessary to re-notice and allow another <br /> 30-day comment period. <br /> A Notice of Public Hearing (Notice) concerning the proposed Orders is also enclosed. By <br /> 30 May 2006, post one (1) copy of the Notice at the nearest city hall or county courthouse, <br /> one (1) copy at the post office nearest to the Facility (if allowed), and one (1) copy at the public <br /> entrance to the Facility. Proof of posting, using the enclosed form, shall be filed with this office <br /> by 2 June 2006. The Regional Water Board will publish the Notice in the Tracy Press. <br /> In order to conserve resources, this letter transmits paper copies of the documents to the <br /> Discharger only.
