Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board,Central <br /> Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code,Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> NOTE: Should applicant propose to haul wastewater offsite to a treatment facility other than the City of <br /> Lathrop, applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the <br /> proposed waste. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department would support the connection of this facility to an approved <br /> public sewer system(City of Lathrop). <br /> C. The Environmental Health Department would support the connection of this facility to an approved <br /> public water system(City of Lathop). <br /> D. The Environmental Health Department under direction of the City of Lathrop,would issue permits <br /> and inspect the installation of the proposed underground wastewater storage tank(s). <br /> E.
