In establishing an effluent limit for <br /> TDS, we will consider the level of effort and cost effectiveness to control <br /> sources; the domestic water supply TDS; the TDS concentration and dilution <br /> capacity of the receiving water and the Basin Plan Standards for TDS in Delta <br /> receiving waters. <br /> Please submit this Technical Report by 1 September 1988.
