The <br /> following shall constitute the influent monitoring program: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituent Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> 20°C BODS mg/l , lbs/day 24 hr. Composite Daily <br /> Suspended Matter mg/l , lbs/day 24 hr. Composite Daily <br /> Specific µmhos/cm Grab Monthly <br /> Conductivity @25°C <br /> Total Dissolved mg/l Grab Monthly <br /> Solids <br /> Flow mgd Continuous Daily <br /> EFFLUENT MONITORING <br /> Effluent samples shall be collected downstream from the last connection <br /> through which wastes can be admitted into the outfall . Effluent samples <br /> should be representative of the volume and nature of the discharge. Samples <br /> collected from the outlet structure of ponds will be considered adequately <br /> composited. Time of collection of a grab sample shall be recorded. The <br /> following shall constitute the effluent monitoring program: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituent Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> 20°C BODS mg/l 24 hr.
