Attention <br /> shall be given to the presence or absence of: <br /> a. Floating or suspended matter c. Bottom deposits <br /> b. Discoloration d. Aquatic life <br /> Notes on receiving water conditions shall be summarized in the monitoring report. <br /> RIVER FLOW REGIME <br /> To assist in determining dilution in the river, a continuous stage recorder shall <br /> be installed between Station R-1 and R-2 under the direction of Regional Board <br /> staff. A record of daily net flow in cfs shall be reported. Describe changes in <br /> daily net flow in terms of cfs and flow direction throughout the day. <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> A sampling station shall be established where a representative sample of the <br /> municipal water supply can be obtained. The following shall constitute the <br /> water supply monitoring program: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Frequency <br /> Standard Minerals mg/l Yearly at same time <br /> as effluent samples <br /> Specific Conductivity umhos/cm Yearly at same time as <br /> @ 25°C effluent samples <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/1 Yearly at same time as <br /> effluent samples <br />
