CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> 3201 S Street <br /> Sacramento, California 95816 <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> and <br /> Notice of Application for Revised Waste Discharqe Reouirements <br /> (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit) <br /> for <br /> CITY OF TRACY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The City of Tracy has requested renewal of their waste discharge requirements. <br /> The City proposes to increase the discharge from 5.5 to 9.0 mgd. The treatment <br /> plant is being expanded to handle the projected flow increase. Also, plant <br /> modifications will be made to ensure continuous comDliance with waste discharge <br /> requirements. Construction is to be completed in 1987. <br /> A public meeting concerning this matter will be held: <br /> DATE: 23 August 1985 <br /> TIME: 10:00 a.m. <br /> PLACE: Department of Food and Agriculture <br /> 1220 N Street, Room 127 <br /> Sacramento, California <br /> Persons wishing to comment on or object to the Dr000sed requirements are invited <br /> to submit same in writing to the Regional Board no later than 13 August 1985. <br /> All comments or objections received by this date will be considered in the <br /> formulation of final determinations regarding the waste discharge. <br /> A public hearing may be held upon request of any interested person. After <br /> considering comments or objections, the Board may issue waste discharge require- <br /> ments. <br /> Anyone having questions on these requirements should contact Sterling Davis at <br /> (916) 322-9091 .
