CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> 3201"S" Street <br /> Sacramento, California 95816 <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Notice of A and <br /> pplication for Revised Waste Discharge Requirements <br /> (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit) <br /> for <br /> CITY OF TRACY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The City of Tracy has requested renewal of their waste discharge <br /> requirements . The City proposes to increase the discharge from <br /> 5 . 5 to 9 . 0 mgd. The treatment plant is being expanded to handle <br /> the projected flow increase. Also, plant modifications will be <br /> made to ensure continuous compliance with waste discharge <br /> requirements. Construction is to be completed in 1987. <br /> A public meeting concerning this matter will be held: <br /> DATE: 26 April 1985 <br /> TIME: 10: 00 a.m. <br /> PLACE: Department of Health Services <br /> 744 "P" Street, Auditorium <br /> Sacramento, California <br /> Persons wishing to comment on or object to the proposed <br /> requirements are invited to submit same in writing to the <br /> Regional Board no later than 24 April 1985 . All comments or <br /> objections received by this date will be considered in the <br /> formulation of final determinations regarding the waste <br /> discharge. <br /> A public hearing may be held upon request of any interested <br /> person . After considering comments or objections, the Board may <br /> issue waste discharge requirements. <br /> Anyone having questions on these requirements should contact <br /> Sterling Davis at (916) 322-9091.
