Attention <br /> shall be given to the presence or absence of: <br /> a. Floating or suspended matter c. Bottom deposits <br /> b. Discoloration d. Aquatic life <br /> Notes on receiving water conditions shall be summarized in the monitoring report. <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> A sampling station shall be established where a representative sample of the <br /> municipal water supply can be obtained. The following shall constitute the <br /> water supply monitoring program: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Frequency <br /> Standard Minerals mg/l Yearly at same time <br /> as effluent samples <br /> Specific Conductivity umhos/cm Monthly <br /> @ 25'C <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Monthly <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular <br /> form so that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily <br /> discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly <br /> the compliance with waste discharge requirements. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th <br /> day of the following month. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations <br /> specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. <br />
