Consideration of Amending NPDES Permit <br /> REPORT: The City of Tracy has requested a relaxation of the suspended <br /> solids effluent limitation as specified in their waste dis- <br /> charge requirements. The justification for this relaxation <br /> is described in the attached staff report. <br /> Several technical amendments must be made to the City's <br /> permit and Cease and Desist Orders if the Board acts favorahly <br /> on the request. The amendments are effected through the <br /> proposed Special Order, <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the Special Order. <br />
