Sixth Street 560 Tracy Blvd. <br /> Tracy CA 95376 Tracy CA 95376 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department is in receipt of your <br /> correspondences dated March 13, 2002 and March 25, 2002 concerning the <br /> investigations required at the above referenced contaminated underground storage tank <br /> sites. SJC/EHD acknowledges that the City of Tracy Department of Development and <br /> Engineering Services has requested funds to complete the investigations required at <br /> these sites within the next fiscal year. However SJC/EHD does not approve that the site <br /> work will not be completed until July 2003. <br /> Each of the four referenced sites has in place an approved work plan to begin a site <br /> investigation. Two of the sites are on the State Water Resources Control Board list of <br /> sites that have not completed testing for methyl tertiary butyl ether, a fact that gives those <br /> sites priority. SJC/EHD has previously requested that you submit in writing a schedule for <br /> bringing these four sites into regulatory compliance. Since you did not do so, SJC/EHD <br /> has prepared the following revised schedule: <br /> Cage-N-Play, 68 E. Eleventh Street <br /> Work Plan implementation must be complete by October 25, 2002. Report of <br /> findings must be submitted within 60-days following completion of the fieldwork. <br /> Delta Disposal, 99 W. Sixth Street <br /> Work Plan implementation must be complete by November 29, 2002. Report of <br /> findings must be submitted within 60-days following completion of the fieldwork. <br /> Wastewater Treatment Plant, 3900 Holly Drive <br /> Work Plan implementation must be complete by December 31, 2002. Report of <br /> findings must be submitted within 60-days following completion of the fieldwork. <br /> Boyd Service Center, 560 Tracy Blvd. <br /> Work Plan implementation must be complete by January 31, 2002. Report of <br /> findings must be submitted within 60-days following completion of the fieldwork. <br />
