Oak St <br /> Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> RE: Soil Suitability & Nitrate Loading Study <br /> 6362 Capellino Ct., Stockton <br /> APN 087-170-43 SR0081205 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading (SSNL) Study, dated September 18, 2019 and submitted on September <br /> 26, 2019 for the above noted location, and has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> The SSNL study was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment system (OWTS) usage and to estimate the potential for nitrate impact to <br /> groundwater, for the existing three bedroom single-family dwelling and a proposed three bedroom <br /> second dwelling unit on a 1.50 acres lot. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the (SSNL) Study supports the suitability for <br /> standard OWTS usage for the proposed second dwelling unit, pursuant to San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d). <br /> If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, REHS, at (209) 468-3436 or <br /> nahmed@sjgov.org. <br /> Michael Kith, REHS <br /> Program Coordinator <br /> Cc: Hector A.
