This plan calls for the construction of approximately <br />911,063 square feet of warehouse space located on parcel 177-260-14. <br />This plot is identified as Parcel "X" on the Stockton Metropolitan Airports Airport Property <br />Inventory Map, Exhibit A. Research of this parcel indicates that San Joaquin County <br />received a final order of condemnation in July 1975 that indicates that this property was <br />condemned to the County for Airport purposes. <br />At this point, I am not sure what the legal implications may be or what guidance will be <br />received from the Federal Aviation Administration.
