The buildings will be located within the Stockton <br />East Development Area of the Stockton Metropolitan Airport Special Purpose Plan. Building 1 to contain 640,950 square <br />feet, Building 2 to contain 168,945 square feet, and Building 3 to contain 101,160 square feet. The project site will be <br />connected to public water and sewer. Storm drainage is proposed to be retained on-site. Six (6) access driveways are <br />proposed to the site from Quantas Lane. Three (3) driveways are for trucks only, two (2) driveways are for passenger vehicles <br />only, and one (1) driveway is proposed for both trucks and passenger vehicles. <br />The Property is zoned AP-X (Airport Multi-Use) and P-F (Public Facilities), and the General Plan designation is AP/X <br />(Airpot/Multi -Use) and P/F (Public). <br />PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the west side of Quantas Lane, 1,150 feet south of Arch-Airport Road, <br />Stockton. (APN/Address: 177-260-14/7735 South State Route 99 West Frontage Road, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: <br />1) <br />APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br />Development Department no later than July 1, 2019. Recommendations and/or comments received after that date may <br />not be considered in staffs analysis. If necessary, the Stockton Metropolitan Airport Design Review Committee (SMADRC) <br />will convene to review the application.
