The improvements <br />shall include but not limited to; <br />signalization of intersection of Pock Lane/Arch-Airport Road, <br />signalization of intersection of Giannecchini Lane/Arch Airport Road with provisions <br />to allow the 4-leg on south side, <br />modifying the traffic signal at Qantas Lane/Arch-Airport Road, <br />Construct a center median on Arch-Airport Road between Pock Lane and Qantas <br />Lane, and <br />Install frontage improvements, on south side of Arch-Airport Road, between Pock <br />Lane and Qantas Lane <br />All roadways leading to and from the site, accesses, and on-site improvements shall <br />allow provisions for large STAA trucks (67' radius) and meet large STAA trucks <br />requirements. <br />Arch-Airport Road/SR99 interchange -Phase 2 — As part of phase 2, two flyover ramps <br />will be built. The ramps will intersect Qantas Lane west of the interchange. The Airpark <br />599 development needs to make provisions for construction of the future phase 2 <br />interchange improvements, when conditions warrant it. <br />Require a City/County cost share Agreement for operating and maintaining the traffic <br />signals at Pock Lane and Giannechini Lane. <br />Thanks,
