Chong stated she couldn't remember a time where the pharmacy had any expired <br /> warfarin or coumadin since it is used by consumers rapidly, however she stated that if they were to have expired <br /> warfarin or coumadin it would be sent back to Med Turn., Inc. Provide the EHD with Rite Aid policy and <br /> procedure for how expired warfarin or coumadin are managed. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
