• 26090 Thornton, Former Donna Gardner, approximately 150 feet south of <br /> the Site. According to a 2009 Closure Summary Report prepared by <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, this facility is a former service station. <br /> Three gasoline USTs were removed in 1989; contamination was detected <br /> by soil sampling. Ground-water monitoring and remediation were carried <br /> out throughout the 1990s. Advanced GeoEnvironmental depicted the <br /> remaining contaminated ground water as extending only slightly northwest <br /> of the Gardner facility. The case was closed in 2010. <br /> 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage <br /> Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Site Mitigation, and Site Mitigation and <br /> LOPs lists, dated March 2018, for facilities of concern within one-quarter mile of <br /> the Site. The following facilities were identified within the search radius: <br /> • 26250 Midsection, A.J. Ranch Inc., located approximately 650 feet east of <br /> the Site, Site Mitigation and LOPs and Site Mitigation lists. According to <br /> correspondence on file with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department, this facility was a vacant industrial building in 2013; some <br /> stained soil was noted during an investigation. A Phase 11 Environmental <br /> Site Assessment conducted by Odic Environmental in 2013 found low <br /> levels of diesel and oil in shallow soil at this facility. Odic concluded that <br /> no further action was necessary; the case has a status of "environmental <br /> assessment." <br /> • 26200 Nowell, Universal Forest Products/Tri Valley Growers, discussed <br /> above, Site Mitigation and LOPs, Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste <br /> Generators, Underground Storage Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks <br /> lists. <br /> • 26500 Nowell, Lopez Property, discussed above, Site Mitigation and LOPs <br /> and Underground Storage Tanks lists. <br /> • 26056 & 26090 N. Thornton, Donna Gardner, discussed above, Site <br /> Mitigation and LOPs and Underground Storage Tanks lists. <br /> • County right-of-way, Thornton, location unclear, Site Mitigation list. This <br /> facility is listed as a Regional Water Quality Control Board case, but no <br /> information about it is included on GeoTracker. <br /> • 8499 W. Oak, AT&T, located approximately 330 feet north of the Site, <br /> Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Aboveground <br /> Storage Tanks lists. Based on the type of listing and the distance from <br /> this facility to the subject Site, this facility is not anticipated to have <br /> impacted the Site. <br /> • 26618 N. Sacramento, New Hope School, approximately one-quarter mile <br /> north of the Site, Underground Storage Tanks list. This facility is listed as <br /> obsolete on the database.
