Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have <br /> been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). One well was <br /> identified within one-half mile of the subject Site. It had been tested for nitrate <br /> and DBCP; neither constituent was detected. The Maximum Contaminant Level <br /> (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 mg/L. The MCL for DBCP is <br /> 0.2 ug/L. <br /> 7.3 Arg icultural Commissioner's Records <br /> Because the Site is residential, the San Joaquin County Agricultural <br /> Commissioner's Office was not contacted regarding agricultural use of the site. <br /> 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) <br /> Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on April 27, 2018 for mapped oil or <br /> gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified <br /> within the search radius. <br /> 7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> April 27, 2018 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter <br /> mile of the Site. One natural gas transmission pipeline was identified within the <br /> search radius. The pipeline runs along the railroad tracks to the east of the Site; <br /> It is an active pipeline operated by PG&E. Local pipelines which are not mapped <br /> by the NPMS also may be present in the area. <br /> LOGE 1822 8 <br />
