Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's
Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have
been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). One well was
identified within one-half mile of the subject Site. It had been tested for nitrate
and DBCP; neither constituent was detected. The Maximum Contaminant Level
(MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 mg/L. The MCL for DBCP is
0.2 ug/L.
7.3 Arg icultural Commissioner's Records
Because the Site is residential, the San Joaquin County Agricultural
Commissioner's Office was not contacted regarding agricultural use of the site.
7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps
The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR)
Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on April 27, 2018 for mapped oil or
gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified
within the search radius.
7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database
Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on
April 27, 2018 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter
mile of the Site. One natural gas transmission pipeline was identified within the
search radius. The pipeline runs along the railroad tracks to the east of the Site;
It is an active pipeline operated by PG&E. Local pipelines which are not mapped
by the NPMS also may be present in the area.
LOGE 1822 8
