Box 112 <br /> Burson, CA 95225 <br /> RE: Soil Suitability & Nitrate Loading Study <br /> 9263 Schmiedt Road <br /> APN 051-110-67 SR0081233 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading (SSNL) Study, dated July 19, 2019 and submitted on October 4, 2019 for <br /> the above noted location, and has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> The SSNL study was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment system (OWTS) usage and to estimate the potential for nitrate impact to <br /> groundwater for a proposed three bedroom single family dwelling on a 4.25 acres lot. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for <br /> standard OWTS usage for the proposed dwelling, providing there is minimum 20 feet separation <br /> between the bottom of the dispersal system and groundwater, pursuant to San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d). <br /> If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, REHS, at (209) 468-3436 or <br /> nahmed@sjgov org. <br /> Michael Kith, REHS <br /> Program Coordinator <br /> Cc: Suzanne & Mark Betschart- 2447 Ivory Rd- Lodi, CA 95220 <br /> 1868 E.
