Condition B. has been satisfied.
• The existing in service irrigation well showed Dibromochloropropane at 1.2 ug/I, above the maximum
contaminant level for drinking water of 0.2 ug/I. Any future wells installed on these parcels shall have
a sufficient seal depth to prevent any co-mingling of the contamination found in the upper aquifer with
deeper aquifers. Any new construction with plumbing systems must have a source of potable water
(2016 CA Plumbing Code, Section 601.2).
Please be advised that the following Conditions of Approval have not yet been satisfied and are still pending.
• Condition of Approval C. – Destroy the abandoned out of service well (SR0025966 dated 4/25/2001)
located at 10351 E Acampo Road under permit and inspection by the EHD prior to the recordation of
the parcel map as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e).
If you have any questions please contact Linda Turkatte, REHS, at (209) 468-3912 or Iturkatte( _)si4ov.orq.
Linda Turkatte, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Department
c: Brett Lagorio
1868 E.
