The address is 10351 E. Acampo Road, Acampo, CA 95220 and is zoned AG-40. <br /> The project parcel numbers are 017-180-10 and 017-260-17. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create a two 47.7 acre <br /> parcels. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST,PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present owner, <br /> Brett Lagorio, has owned subject property for 2+years. The past and present uses of the property <br /> has been agriculture. The parcel is currently an apple orchard. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> a two 47.7 acre parcels. Research revealed no septic tank permits, only well permits on the <br /> project site. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no septic permits <br /> for this parcel. (See Appendix) The site has never had a home on it. Only agricultural well permits <br /> were available for subject parcel. <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of septic repair available for <br /> subject parcel. The site has never had a home on it. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seam to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. <br /> 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br /> in installation dates from 1972 to 2011. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br /> 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br /> this area reveal that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring <br /> performance.
