All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> The facility consolidated manifest records indicate that used oil and used coolant were last picked up on 4-30-15. <br /> Correct immediately by adding the required information to the hazardous waste tank and drum.
