This facility does not h ve a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste <br /> generator shall not treat, st re, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br /> an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit <br /> evidence to the EHD by Au ust 11, 2012. A form has been provided. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> Notice to Comply - Minor violations- (610, 611) <br /> 610. An open cardboard bo of six drained fuel filters was observed in the storage shed without labeling. <br /> Used filters must be stored n a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil and gasoline <br /> filters," and marked with an ccumulation start date. Immediately properly containerize and label these <br /> filters and ensure that all us d oil & gasoline filters are managed in this way. <br /> 611. The used fuel filters at his facility have been stored on site for several years. Six used filters were <br /> observed on site; according to Mr. Singh, he changes two each year. Facilities that generate up to one <br /> ton of used filters per year ay store the filters up to one year.
