PA- 1900025 <br /> Time extension requested : 1 year <br /> Reason for the Time Extension request ( include circumstances that have prevented the project from proceeding on schedule ) : <br /> In 2021 Central Valley Concrete ( " CVC " ) acquired the operating interest from Robertson ' s Ready- mix <br /> ( " Robertson ' s ) , assuming the role of lessee , for the concrete batch plant situated on a portion of <br /> Granite Construction Company ' s ( " Granite " ) property located at 10500 S Harlan Road in French Camp . <br /> Since that time , CVC has proceeded in good faith in an attempt to satisfy the numerous outstanding conditions of approval <br /> associated with Site Approval No . PA- 1900025 . This effort has involved retaining a professional consultant <br /> that specializes in permitting issues at construction materials sites ( Compass Land Group ) , a professional <br /> engineer to update the site plan and respond to building department comments ( Golden Valley Engineering and Surveying ) , <br /> a structural engineer ( Kjelstrom and Associates ) , and a specialized consultant to perform a soils / footings <br /> investigation ( Technicon ) . In addition , applications and fees have been filed to transfer the air permits for the site <br /> equipment into CVC ' s name . CVC has invested substantial sums of money to this point in the compliance <br /> effort .
