Phase 1 includes the construction of a 30,000 square foot single story women's health facility which will <br /> provide labor and delivery, emergent medicine, and outpatient surgery center services. Phase 2 includes the construction of <br /> a 6,000 square foot expansion to the women's health facility, a 28,000 square foot medical office building, a 140,000 square <br /> foot hospital with 100 beds, an emergency heliport landing area and a 4,000 square foot physical plant. <br /> The project site will be provided access from West Lane, Eight Mile Road, and Ham Lane. The facility will utilize onsite <br /> services for water, sewer, and storm drainage. The parcels are not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the east side of West Lane, 460 feet north of Eight Mile Road, north of <br /> Stockton.
