Exhibit'A' <br /> PROJECT: GILL WOMENS MEDICAL CENTER <br /> ADDRESS: 11000 N WEST LANE STOCKTON CA 95242 <br /> RE: PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The proposed project encompasses approximately 60 acres (3 separate parcels)of existing agricultural <br /> use located near the north east corner of the intersection of West Lane and Eight Mile Road in San <br /> Joaquin County. <br /> The proposed use,a full service women's health care facility,will utilize approximately 35 aces of <br /> improvements.The remaining 25 acres will remain as an agriculture use. <br /> The medical facility will be constructed in two phases.The initial phase will be an approximately <br /> 30,000 SF single story women's health facility including labor,delivery,emergent medicine and <br /> outpatient surgery center.Site improvements in the initial phase will include 212 on-site parking stalls, <br /> on-site storm water retention areas for the full site,primary water source and water treatment facilities <br /> including fire suppression for the full project,and on-site waste water treatment and dispersion areas <br /> for the full project. <br /> The second phase to be completed within approximately ten years will include a 6,000 SF expansion <br /> of the health care facility,844 on-site parking stalls,a 28,000 SF medical office building,a 140,000 SF <br /> 100 bed hospital and a full-service emergency heliport landing area. <br /> The project proposes three primary entrance drive locations.One(1)each from West Lane, Eight Mile <br /> Road,and Ham Lane.The West Lane entrance proposes both a deceleration and acceleration lane <br /> parallel to the existing West Lane right-of-way. <br /> The application also proposes a lot line adjustment to allow for a reconfiguration of the three(3) <br /> existing parcels. <br />
