Oak St <br /> Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> RE: Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> 11325 W Larch Road, Tracy <br /> APN 212-180-23, SR0080795 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading (SSNL) Study, dated May 31, 2019 and submitted on June 21, 2019, for <br /> the above noted location and has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> The SSNL Study was prepared to determine the suitability for standard onsite wastewater treatment <br /> system (OWTS) usage and to provide an estimate of the potential for nitrate impact to groundwater <br /> from a proposed single family mobile home on approximately 0.98 acres. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for <br /> standard OWTS usage for this parcel for the proposed mobile home, pursuant to San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d), provided all minimum setbacks from the OWTS <br /> and 100% replacement area to any water wells and surface water bodies can be met. <br /> In the late 1980s the City of Tracy and San Joaquin County entered into an agreement for the <br /> provision of drinking water from the City of Tracy to the residences in this area. This parcel may have <br /> access to this water and must connect if available.
