Davis Road <br /> Lodi, CA 95242 <br /> RE: Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> The Bridge Worship Center <br /> 11757 North Davis Road, Lodi <br /> APN 055-220-16, SR0080576, PA-1900055 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br /> Loading Study(SSNL) submittal, dated May 1, 2019 and submitted May 6, 2019, for the above noted location. <br /> • The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted location for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment system (OWTS) usage, including to estimate the potential for nitrate impact to groundwater, <br /> for a proposed expansion of an existing neighborhood religious assembly on a 14 acre parcel to a <br /> proposed 5,310 square foot religious assembly to include a religious assembly area, dining area, <br /> lobby, storage, and restrooms to serve a maximum of 150 people. <br /> • The information in the SSNL indicates the area is suitable for the OWTS usage for the proposed <br /> project and does not pose a significant threat to groundwater. <br /> • The existing OWTS cannot accommodate the proposed maximum 150 persons.
