CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PA -1900238 <br />MOUNTAIN HOUSE DEVELOPERS, LLCICARLSON, BARBEE, & GIBSON <br />Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA -1900238 was approved by the Community Development <br />Department on November 18, 2019, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire <br />on May 19, 2021, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br />Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br />Surveyors' Act. <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br />Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br />1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact: [209] 468-3121) <br />a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br />plan dated October 3, 2019. <br />b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br />conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br />shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br />Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br />Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br />Licensed Land Surveyor.
