The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) requires the owner/operator to report to <br /> the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used <br /> onsite. The existing regulatory framework for the transport and use of any hazardous materials will ensure any impact is <br /> less than significant. <br /> The project site is not included on the California Department of Toxic Substances Control EnviroStor database map, <br /> compiled pursuant to Government Code 65962.5 and, therefore, will have no impact on the safety of the public or the <br /> environment. <br /> The scope of the proposed project indicates that no additional emergency services will be required to provide for safe <br /> evacuation and adequate access to emergency equipment.
