Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within ten (10)days of the action with an appeal fee of$353.00. The 10-day <br /> appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on February 1, 2020. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal <br /> period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next eighteen (18) <br /> months (by August 2, 2021).
