Indicate what facts in the case of this <br /> application support each of the findings. These findings that you provide will be included with the Staff Reports that are distributed to <br /> members at the Planning Commission. <br /> 1. Because of the special circumstances applicable to the properly, including size,shape,topography,location-or surroundings, <br /> the strict application of the zoning regulations deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity-and <br /> under identical zoning classification. <br /> See attached Exhibit A <br /> 2.
