A letter <br /> shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for or are in <br /> place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> A letter from the purveyor will be required stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> development and that the system meets State standards prior to development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> E. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6) <br /> F. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $250 plan check fee is required at <br /> the time of submittal. <br /> G. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> H. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br />
