This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and <br />Open Space Plan (SJMSCP). This can be up to a 90-day process and it is recommended <br />that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. It is also recommended <br />that the project applicant obtain an information package. <br />5. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT (Staff Contact: Arnaud Marjollet, <br />[559] 230-5820, see memo dated March 11, 2019) <br />The proposed project is subject to District Rule 9510 and the applicant is required to submit <br />an Air Impact Assessment (AIA) application to the District no later than applying for final <br />discretionary approval, and to pay any applicable fees. <br />The proposed project may be subject to the following District rules: Regulation VIII (Fugitive <br />PM10 Prohibitions), Rule 4102 (Nuisance), Rule 4601 (Architectural Coatings), Rule 4641 <br />(Cutback, Slow Cure, and Emulsified Asphalt, Paving, and Maintenance Operations), and <br />Rule 4002 (National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants). <br />The proposed project may require District permits.
