Operations are planned for 12 hours per day, Monday through Saturday, with <br />35 employees per shift, three (3) customers per shift, and two (2) vehicles per shift. This parcel will utilize a private septic <br />system, and be provided water from a public water distriED-his parcel is provided access from Comconex Road. This parcel <br />is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br />The Property is zoned I-L (Limited Industrial) and the General Plan designation is I/L (Limited Industrial). <br />PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the northeast corner of South Comconex Road and State Route 120, <br />Manteca. (APN/Address: 208-180-23/17800 South Comconex Road, Manteca) (Supervisorial District: 3) <br />APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br />Community Development Department no later than March 21, 2019. Comments or recommendations received after that date <br />would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will <br />review this application on March 27, 2019. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please <br />notify the Community Development Department in writing. <br />NOTE TO REVIEW AGENCIES: If you wish to be notified of the Planning Commission hearing date for this project, inform <br />the contact person noted above, and you will be placed on the mailing list.
