Oak St <br /> Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> RE: Nitrate Loading Study <br /> 19209 E Allen Road, Ripon <br /> APN 24507089, Service Request SR0080029 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received the Nitrate Loading <br /> (NL) Study, dated November 14, 2018, the First Addendum, dated March 5, 2019, and the Second <br /> Addendum, dated March 21, 2019, for the above noted location and has the following comments for <br /> your consideration. <br /> The NL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment system (OWTS) usage, including to estimate the potential for nitrate impact to <br /> groundwater, for a proposed 3-bedroom single family dwelling on approximately 1.5 acres. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the NL Study, as amended, supports the <br /> suitability for standard OWTS usage for Parcel 24507089 for the proposed home, pursuant to San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d). <br /> If you have any questions please contact Michael Kith, REHS, Program Coordinator, at (209) 468- <br /> 3444 or mkith@sjcehd.com <br /> Miael Kith, REHS <br /> Program Coordinator <br /> c: Brittany Farris <br /> 1868 E.
