Spray-12 m.p.h. <br /> b. Dust-8 m.p.h. <br /> c. Pellets, granular or baits-16 m.p.h. <br /> 2. No pesticide application shall be made or continued when there is the likelihood of contaminating any persons, non-target <br /> crops,animals or other public or private property. <br /> 3. Unless specifically named as a dust on this permit, NO DUST FORMULATIONS are allowed. <br /> 4.Apply pesticides covered by SLN(s)and Section 18(s) in conformance with the SLN(s)and Section 18(s). <br /> 5.A fiagger is required at the application site for all AIR applications of Zinc Phosphide bait. <br /> Revised 10/90 <br /> B Pesticide Use Near Schoolsites <br /> CONDITION B Pesticide Use Near Schools/Day cares <br /> All pesticide applications for production of an agricultural commodity within 1/4 mile(1,320 feet)of a school or day care shall <br /> follow Title 3 California Code of Regulations sections 6690, 6691 and 6692. This includes applications of adjuvants and 25(b) <br /> pesticides. <br /> Schools include: Public K-12 schools, including publicly-funded charter schools. <br /> Daycares include: Licensed child day care facilities, except family day care homes, as defined by Health and Safety Code. <br /> Application restrictions are in effect Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm,while school is in session. <br />
