2. A minimum of nine(9) parking spaces shall be provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.9) <br /> 3. Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and twenty <br /> (20) feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> 1. Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles <br /> and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as <br /> fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h][1]) <br /> 2. The design of the driveway and traffic circulation plan for the site shall be incorporated into the <br /> construction plans. <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2. Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. Landscaping shall be required along North Bezley Road. <br /> 2. Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. A fence six(6)to(7)feet in height with vegetation shall be erected along the eastern property line <br /> APN 019-260-54 (Development Title Section 9-1022.6) <br /> i. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. <br /> 1. The off-premises sign shall have a maximum area requirement of 672 square feet. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.6[a][2]) <br /> 2. The off-premises sign shall not exceed forty-eight (48) feet in length. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1710.6[a][3]) <br /> 3. The off-premises sign shall have a maximum height requirement of forty-five (45) feet above <br /> existing grade. The elevation detail shall be included in the Building Permit drawings. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.6[a][3]) <br /> 4. All portions of the sign shall be setback a minimum of five (5) feet from the future right-of-way <br /> lines, including corner cut-off (snipe), and shall not block pedestrian or vehicle rights-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> 5. The space between off-premises signs shall be at least 1,000 feet on either side of North Bezely <br /> Road and East State Route 88.
