Phase 1 includes the construction of a 768 square foot office building and four (4) personal storage <br /> buildings totaling 42,000 square feet. Phase 2 includes the construction of two (2) personal storage buildings totaling <br /> 19,800 square feet. The project will be accessed from Bezley Rd. The storage facility will have one (1) employee, and <br /> anticipates three (3) customers per day. <br /> The project also proposes to construct a 672 square foot off-premises sign along State Route 12/88. <br /> The project will be served by CSA 43 for public water, and proposes a septic tank for sewage disposal, and a storm <br /> retention pond for storm drainage facilities. <br /> The Property is zoned C-RS (Rural Service Commercial) and the General Plan designation is C/RS (Rural Service <br /> Commercial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the east side of North Bezley Road, fifty(50) feet south of East State <br /> Route 12/88, Clements.
